Cancellation Policy
A 20% deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit goes toward your remaining balance, which is due at the time of service. If you need to reschedule your appointment and want your deposit to transfer, you must use the “Reschedule” button.
* Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
* Your deposit can only transfer to appointments within the same month of the original appointment.
If you cancel or no-show within 48 hours or miss your appointment for any reason:
* Your deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
* The full price of the service will be charged to the card on file.
